On Thursday, November 8th, students of Baylor Opera Theater and Baylor Symphony Orchestra will present a double bill of Bernstein’s, Trouble in Tahiti and Pasatieri’s,Signor Deluso. This evening of opera is centered on the universal course of courtship between two people. From the lighthearted story of two 18th century lovers caught in a case of mistaken identity in Signor Deluso, to the visceral reality of a modern, broken-down marriage in Trouble in Tahiti. Is there such a thing as “happily ever after?” Join us to find out. –Susan Li
