CHANGE REQUEST FORM

At the Fall 2008 Regional Conference, the Texoma Board of Control unanimously voted to institute a student audition change fee for requests that significantly impact the audition chair's ability to efficiently schedule student auditions. The Student Audition Change Request Fee will apply to the following requests made after the October 10 deadline:

  1. Change of Accompanist
  2. Change of Student Division

PROCEDURE

Any teacher needing to request a change of accompanist or change of student division needs to do so by using this form. All other changes (repertoire or cancellation) need to be submitted to our audition chair, Frank Ragsdale () without fee. The Texoma Auditions Chair will confirm the completion of requested change.

  • Change request fee for change of accompanist or student division: $15.00
